Begin by crafting a 100% rye loaf, which will be expertly baked later in the session. Then, embark on creating a sourdough loaf from scratch utilising a preferment, culminating in shaping it to perfection for you to take home and bake with our detailed instructions.

Cap off the experience by crafting a rye starter, a living entity you'll nurture at home, witnessing its transformation firsthand. Alongside your rye loaf, you'll also craft a wholewheat dough and a rye starter, so don't forget to bring along a tote bag to transport your creations!

This course is meticulously curated to equip you with the expertise in fermentation and baking necessary to cultivate your own sourdough prowess, empowering you to adapt recipes to suit your unique environment and flour preferences.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
