Join me for a relaxed and delicious morning learning the art of sourdough focaccia — where slow fermentation meets creative flavour.
In this hands-on class, you’ll work with a live sourdough starter to create beautifully light, airy focaccia from scratch. I’ll guide you through each step, sharing tips for achieving that signature open crumb, crisp golden crust, and perfectly dimpled top.
We’ll explore both savoury and sweet focaccia variations, from classic olive oil and herbs to seasonal fruits, sugars, and aromatic toppings, showing you how versatile sourdough focaccia can be at home.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
The Workshop includes:
- 3.5 hours of practical tuition and baking
